Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of cvrevamp.info and our services. By using the free scan or buying a rebuild, you agree to them. CV Revamp is a service of Synapticonn (FZE), a Free Zone Establishment registered at the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), Block C VL10-094, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (trade licence SC241129401). 1. What we offer
- Free CV scan. You upload your CV and we give you an automated score and analysis. It is provided for information only, on an "as is" basis. It is an automated assessment, not a guarantee of any job, interview, or outcome.
- CV rebuild package ($9.99 USD launch offer, regular price $49.99). A one-time paid service that includes a rewritten, ATS-optimized CV, a LinkedIn optimization guidebook, and a curated list of job matches, delivered to your email, normally within 48 hours of receiving your order and the information we need from you.
- Job Hunt applications service ($39.99 USD per month for 12 tailored applications, or $69.99 USD per month for 24 tailored applications plus a weekly shortlist of roles matched to your goals). For each job you choose, we prepare a CV tailored to that role, a matching cover letter, and ready-to-use answers to that application’s screening questions. You submit every application yourself. We never log in to your accounts, never apply on your behalf, and never ask for your passwords.
2. Payment
The rebuild is a one-time payment of $9.99 USD (launch offer, regular price $49.99), processed securely by Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
The Job Hunt service is billed as a one-time payment for one month of service: $39.99 USD covering 12 tailored applications, or $69.99 USD covering 24 tailored applications plus a weekly shortlist of matched roles. It is not an automatically recurring subscription and no charge is ever taken without you choosing it. Near the end of each month we send you a renewal link, which you are free to use or ignore.
An application slot is used when a prepared pack is delivered to you. If you tell us to drop a role before you have applied for it, that slot is released and used on another role.
3. Refunds and our guarantee
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your rebuild, contact us at hello@cvrevamp.info within 14 days of delivery and we will revise it until you are satisfied. If we still cannot get it right, we will refund your payment in full. This guarantee covers your satisfaction with our work. It is not a guarantee of any hiring outcome, and it does not cover problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you gave us.
For the Job Hunt applications service, the guarantee works per pack and per slot, because part of a batch is used the moment packs are delivered. If a pack misses, for example it targets the role wrongly, contains an error, or is not the standard we promised, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and we will rebuild it free, and the rebuild does not use another slot. If you want to stop, any slots you have not used are refunded on request, calculated as the batch price divided by the number of slots in it. As with the rebuild, this covers the quality of our work. It is not a guarantee of interviews, replies, or being hired, and it does not cover an application that fails because of information that was inaccurate or incomplete.
4. What we need from you
To deliver your rebuild, you agree to give us accurate, complete, and lawful information, and you confirm the CV and details you provide are yours to share. Turnaround starts once we have what we need from you.
5. No outcome guarantee
We are experts at making your CV and profile stronger, but hiring decisions are made by employers. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will get an interview, an offer, or a job.
6. Intellectual property
The final CV, guidebook, and job list we deliver are yours to use. The methods, templates, and materials we use to produce them remain ours. You may not resell or redistribute our service or materials as your own.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or abuse the scan or any part of the service, and no uploading of content that is not yours or that is unlawful.
8. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Using the service means you have read it.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost job opportunities.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date shows the latest version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
