Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of cvrevamp.info and our services. By using the free scan or buying a rebuild, you agree to them. CV Revamp is a service of Synapticonn (FZE), a Free Zone Establishment registered at the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), Block C VL10-094, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (trade licence SC241129401). 1. What we offer
- Free CV scan. You upload your CV and we give you an automated score and analysis. It is provided for information only, on an "as is" basis. It is an automated assessment, not a guarantee of any job, interview, or outcome.
- CV rebuild package ($49.99 USD). A one-time paid service that includes a rewritten, ATS-optimized CV, a LinkedIn optimization guidebook, and a curated list of job matches, delivered to your email, normally within 48 hours of receiving your order and the information we need from you.
2. Payment
The rebuild is a one-time payment of $49.99 USD, processed securely by Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
3. Refunds and our guarantee
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your rebuild, contact us at hello@cvrevamp.info within 14 days of delivery and we will revise it until you are satisfied. If we still cannot get it right, we will refund your payment in full. This guarantee covers your satisfaction with our work. It is not a guarantee of any hiring outcome, and it does not cover problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you gave us.
4. What we need from you
To deliver your rebuild, you agree to give us accurate, complete, and lawful information, and you confirm the CV and details you provide are yours to share. Turnaround starts once we have what we need from you.
5. No outcome guarantee
We are experts at making your CV and profile stronger, but hiring decisions are made by employers. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will get an interview, an offer, or a job.
6. Intellectual property
The final CV, guidebook, and job list we deliver are yours to use. The methods, templates, and materials we use to produce them remain ours. You may not resell or redistribute our service or materials as your own.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or abuse the scan or any part of the service, and no uploading of content that is not yours or that is unlawful.
8. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Using the service means you have read it.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost job opportunities.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date shows the latest version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
